Communication Details and Needs
Ways to Communicate
⋆ Communication can be done through my discord DM's (mrs.letham) or in Twitter DM's.⋆ I am willing to accommodate low vision needs as long as it is specified if any information or artwork will need to be enhanced in order to be visible/clear to you.
Waitlist and Messages
⋆ I have 3 waitlist slots, please communicate if you would or would not like to be added if my commissions slots are full!If you are able, or are on my waitlist, please try to specify the following things listed:⋆ What type of commission it is (chibi or basic) and what size (shoulders, waist, knees, full body).⋆ What fandom(s) the characters are from, this helps me determine any moods the commission may want/need.⋆ If the characters have other outfits, please specify which one you would like.
If you want to change the characters' outfits, please provide reference pictures.⋆ If an OC/sona is present, please provide me with either:
1. One or more reference picture(s)
2. A detailed description with examples of how the character should look.⋆ If a piece is affected by lighting, or the colour of the background, I must be informed of the mood wanted. Multiple versions is allowed and free.
By commissioning me, Milva, you agree to the following terms listed below :
Artist rights
⋆ I, as the artist, am allowed to use your commission as an example when I am promoting my commissions or to build my art portfolio.⋆ I must always be credited for every instance you use, edit, or post my artwork in any way.⋆ My art must not be used for AI purposes, including enhancing the quality, changing any aspects of the artwork, or AI training.⋆ My watermark must be present when my art is posted or shared in any way. If it is cropped, you must credit me in the post or thread.⋆ It is my own art. Claiming it is your own is not permitted.
Client rights
⋆ You, as the client, are allowed to share your commissioned artwork on any social media.⋆ You may edit the hue, saturation, or contrast my artwork, or use it in videos . There must be credit in the edited photo/video itself, or in the caption / description of the video.⋆ You may turn my art into physical art, such as keychains or printing it out. However, it must not be used for promotional or mass produced purposes.
Process Work and Revisions
⋆ The turn-around-time (TAT) for my commissions range from 4 days to 2 weeks.
If you have a deadline, please inform me and I will adjust my schedule if needed. Please plan accordingly.⋆ I will send periodic updates at major stages of the artwork (sketch, colour, and render.)⋆ You are allowed to make 2 major changes such as outfit changes or quality/detail changes at each stage.
To prevent additional charges, PLEASE be specific in your message detailing what you need/want for the artwork.⋆ On default, all art will be rendered with no additional fees.
Artwork with only the sketch/flat colour have to be negotiated.
Terms and Content Allowed
⋆ I will draw:
- original characters (ocs) / sonas
- canon characters (cc)
- ship art of any kind, as long as it is a ship I'm comfortable with.
- reference sheets and illustrations
- semi-suggestive, must be discussed⋆ I will NOT draw:
- illegal ships or content
- complicated furry designs
- heavy mechanical details
- NSFW / hard gore, blood is okay
- VERY complicated backgrounds⬩ Remember that I can refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable for any reason!

Base prices
All prices listed are in USD. My KOFI uses CAD. Please be sure to know your exchange rates when commissioning!⋆ Shoulders & Up: $18.00
⋆ Waist & Up: $25.50
⋆ Knees & Up: $35.00
⋆ Full Body: $50.00Second character: +50% of the base price
Any additional characters after 2nd: +35% of the base price⋆ Chibis: $6 per character
Additional conditions
⋆ Payment is either 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch, or 100% upfront. No exceptions.⋆ Refunds after the sketch is made must be negotiated. Partial refunds only.⋆ I can, and able to, move the prices around a bit to fit a budget but I will not go below $4USD below my base prices.⋆ Backgrounds that are more detailed must also be negotiated and will come with additional fees.
